The warranty covers the regenerated gearbox described in the warranty card.
The entity granting the guarantee is the company LIDER S. C. Tomasz Kosiński, Wojciech Piątek 08-530 Dęblin, ul. Krzywa 4a.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
The guarantee is granted to the first buyer in the case of retail sale.
The warranty period is extended for the repair time.
The claimed product should be delivered complete with legibly filled warranty card and proof of purchase.
In the event of a defect, the product should be advertised at the headquarters of LIDER S.C.
The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days from the date of delivery of the box for repair.
If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer collects the repaired or replaced product directly from the Seller (any courier costs are covered by the Buyer).
During the complaint procedure, the Guarantor is not obliged to provide a replacement car or a replacement gearbox.
The seller does not cover the costs of assembly and disassembly of the box.
The assembly of the box is synonymous to accepting the warranty conditions.
The buyer has the right to return the box without traces of assembly within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
product delivered after the expiry of the warranty,
mechanical damage to the product resulting from improper or inconsistent with the intended use,
a product that has not been installed in a car mechanic workshop,
damage to the product resulting from an accident as well as other external events affecting the product,
product damaged during rally, competitive or racing driving,
product damaged during an attempt to self-repair / regenerate,
when the seals on the crate and bolts of the crate are damaged,
damage caused by untimely oil change in the gearbox,
taxi vehicles.
First oil change should be made after driving 1000 km from gearbox installation, subsequent changes every 40,000 km.
